Resolution: I try to make it so I don't have to downsize my pages, so I usually make my pages within the required size. My width is always 940 px, but my height can change from 1000 to 3500 px, depending on how long I want them to be.
Page Working: I alternate between working on one full page nonstop and working on one aspect for all of the pages (lineart, sketch, color, shading, etc.). Usually, the later is so much faster, but if I got time, I can bank out a page in 1 - 2 hours -- if I'm not distracted.
File Break/Chucked Up: Ok, so this is kinda tricky XD Because the way I have it all set up, one page is easily two pages. So that varies whether I do one page for an episode or two pages.
Workplace: I like to keep all parts of my pages in separate layers. A layer for the sketch, the lineart, the colors, and so on. Because I save with SAI, I can easily merge layers all together, save that page, and then unmerge them.
