I use to listen to Writing Excuses, though one of their insistence on a seven point structure kind of bugs me. Mostly because I find plot structure through natural themes I'm familiar with. Though not one to eschew structure in its entirety.
Hell Descent (back when I was into survival horror) was also very good as well. It's unfortunate but I don't think that podcast is still going on.
LitReactor's cast was good despite some disagreements I've had, though I think that's also discontinued.
