Although it's more spoiler territory, vampiric qualities among the superhuman class exists (as a fan of ancient gods and vampires, couldn't help make a mishmash of the two)
Raffa, one of the main cast, is lycan-like in his preference into shapeshift into a giant wolf via his gas powers (also inspired by Dracula), displays levitation, immortal, elegantly dressed and cannibalistic (not just blood).
Dr. Princeton is probably the more obvious one, superhuman strength, immortality, flight, he can perform cures in exchange for a drink of your blood. He also becomes a statue 'like a greek/roman god' in daylight and re-animates at night.
