Where is the publish button on line webtoons? Please help

Hey guys... I know this is probably the dumbest thing you heard but... Where is the publish button on line Webtoon? I want to register a comic series there but I look all over the place on my iPad with little luck as to how to create a comic. Do you have to do it on a computer or...? Anyway, there is a challenge about new comics and I want to register so bad! Please help!

Challenge league? Ye i think You need a computer to publish coz on the mobile version you can only read comics. Good luck with your comic

You're asking comics community A how to use comics community B lol would probably be in your better interest to find and ask someone from comics community B

That being said, gabmonastrial is probably right, most comic websites don't allow you to upload from a mobile device, so try logging in from a PC.
