Where's the best place to learn about cel shading?

Pretty straight forward. When I finally do get my comic to this stage I think cel shading would be the best way to do coloring. I don't know as much about digital coloring as I'd like to right now so cel shading seems like the best option; simple, unintimidating, straightforward (or at least it is compared to painting comics). Any links you've got will be well appreciated!

I think the best way to learn it is to observe pics drawn by others with this coloring style Also I have a trick where I e.g. look at some reference photos and narrow my eyes, then I can see those dark and light parts easier and do them on my drawing. Generally I think the whole thing is to know where the light is, then shadow all character/object on the other side and then start doing details like getting the face shape properly or the fabric
