Which peculiarities from your country do you include in your comics?

There has not been the chance to show it yet, however in my manga Remember the job of blacksmith will be as mysterious and appreciated as in our world (at least as it was appreciated some centuries ago). There will be several myths and some of them will be inspired by Norse and German mythology.

Also there'll be some musical instruments later on, which are based on bagpipes, symphonia (Drehleier) and various other European medieval instruments, I'm really looking forward to draw them.

Finally, I'll try to rhyme every ballad/epos a bard sings with regard to the rhyme patterns used on old epics, e.g. like they were used in the Nibelungen-Saga. I'm not sure though how I'll translate that to English though... @_@

For our comic Wayfinders: Off Course, we took a lot of inspiration for the design of clothes and buildings for one country, is the viking age. We are all from Denmark, so it was a fun choice to design with!

Like how does nobility work with design? what makes Andreé look noble in contrast to the rest?

Then later on they are going to a island under control of their country, so the design is the same, but the fabrics are light silk because it is warm, were the cast wears thick wool.

I love thinking about this for world building <3

From France, I don't perceive Germans as complainers, now I suppose it depends on the perspective (and the circumstances).

About that, an anecdote. People say Canadians are polite. I really don't think it's the right word, but that's another story. In any case, yep, often, they appear very polite, and it makes every day life around strangers easier. But there is one circumstance in which living in Canada is really an issue: when I cough. And I'm not speaking about only right now. I have lung problems since 10 years and since 10 years I get very bad looks and the occasionnal yelling at me (one guy even tried to fight with my spouse once!).
However, I got a very typical Canadian reaction from several Germans while travelling in Germany: giving me a lozenge (i.e. benefits for both people if I was contagious, which is not the case but they can't know). I like these little cultural differences, they make me think a lot. I wonder how they develop etc.
