Which version of this logo do you like the most?

I'm having trouble deciding on my own (and a second opinion is always great)

I was going to add some cracks in the letters, but it ended up looking more like a horror comic logo. Any other suggestions would be muchly appreciated ^^

I like the two on the bottom best, personally.

I mean, it's essentially the same logo. You can use a white/black variant if you're placing it over dark/light art.
I don't think the box adds to it. The purple does connote a lighter tone to the comic so if you're using a colored version (not white/black) it would do fine.

It's a very attractive design, I think they're mostly interchangeable depending upon placement. You can use the white or black background based on the surrounding elements. And I agree with @joannekwan about the colored one having a lighter connotation- it's kind of prep/pop ish so if that is relevant to the tone of your comic it could be good. I like the black on white/white on black best over all though.

(also agree that the box doesn't really add anything to it)

oops, ye you're right! I should change the title to "which version"

I agree with the box as well It was my least favorite of the bunch... I suppose it's too sharp compared to the softness of the lettering and design

Yeah I like the 2nd one most. I think I could like it in color, but based on the impression i have of your comic so far I think the purple doesn't fit it. But I remember you said you're reworking it, so you know better than me if the color fits.

Use the second and the last based on whether you're starting off with a regular sequence or one that has a black background honestly

Yeah, any of these are fine to use depending on color schemes, except for the one with the box around it.
