Whispering in class!

could you do me a favor and post a few samples of how to whisper in a speech bubble? is it done with different text? or some different type of bubble? the scene will show one girl whisper and the answer comes too loud.

You can make the speechbubble have an interrupted outline. Dashed line. Another method is to italicize the text or use a thought bubble. You can also make the bubble's tail be segmented instead of having an interrupted outline over the entire bubble.
No matter what you choose to do, if the person whispering also uses whispering gestures (like cupping their hands in front of their mouth), the fact that they're whispering will get across. And from then on your audience will learn what your whispering bubbles look like.

@zetina's suggestions are excellent - I would also add that you can make the text itself smaller. As in, taking up less space within the speech bubble. It makes it look as though their voice is smaller, since it's filling up less of the space.

Font-size is, of course, relative to the size of your comic. But that's the gist of it.

I use dotted bubbles! It just looks like whispering ya know? xD

I also use a dashed bubble for whispering in my comic!

Yep, for my black and white series with outlined bubbles, I do a dashed line.
And for my series in color where my bubbles don't have lines I just make the text size smaller.
