Cerberus (ME trilogy, mainly last two games, kinda....you work for Cerberus in the 2nd game, but....)
Vex (Destiny....They're my favorite race to fight)
Subspace Emissary (The baddies in SSBB, including Bowser, Ganondorf, ROB (until they turn good), Master Hand, Tabuu, etc...the group rather than the individuals)
2nd through 12th place (in mario kart 8, anyways)

Any of the metroid bosses more specifically SA-X from Metroid Fusion this guy game me nightmares.

The Camerata (Transistor) - Classy to no end. I love them.
Vaas Montenegro (Far Cry 3) - Awesome character.
Pagan Min (Far Cry 4) - Awesome character.
Team Aqua (Pokemon Sapphire) - These bunch of dorks, luv 'em.
Jonathan Irons/Kevin Spacey basically (CoD: AW) - A realistic bad guy, damn he knew how to execute his ambitions.
Knight-Commander Meredith (Dragon Age 2) - Love to hate that woman, but she had valid points before she went mental.
The Illusive Man (Mass Effect 2/3) - Same points as Irons, but he was helpful in ME2.
N (Pokemon B&W) - He was a shithead, but that ferris wheel ride at the end was nice.
The crowd (Rock Band) - Easy to piss off but easy to please.

lol, I'm grasping at straws now, but there's 9. There are still so many games out there for me to play (or watch my boyfriend play) and enemies to encounter...
