I jump into #webcomicchat a bunch, but I haven't checked out #comictalk yet!

I definitely do! And I recognize some of the usernames here from those! (: It's really great to connect with more creators and usually leaves me pretty inspired afterwards.

I do, and I also recognize a lot of usernames when the comics discussions are on XD
My, the topics for #webcomicchat are so interesting! Too bad I can't be there...

BlackComicChat had a very cool discussion on the representation of Asians in comics - the old cliche about the the calm, all-knowing and serene martial artist. They discuss more than "black comics" so it should be of interest to more than the expected core audience.

I think webcomicchat is the most relevant to Tapastic creators. The questions are very good.

Most definitely #ComicTalk and #webcomicchat. They are the best for networking discussions and they're always fun and interesting. Twitter is actually a great place for comic creators smiley

I do! It`s really interesting and informative. #comictalk and #webcomicchat are the best for me at least.

I try to participate in #webcomicchat since I don't usually work Saturdays but I haven't been able to participate in many. That's the only day my roomie and I have off together so it's usually errand day.

I participate on #webcomicchat as well but only the Saturday ones because the Sunday schedule is like 3am here. I participate in #comicTalk as well when I'm not feeling sleepy.

Webcomicchat runs on Sundays too, if those work better for you. It won't be the same topic, but you might have time to participate?

I work on Sundays but I actually did catch part of one on my lunch break once.

We participate in #webcomicchat almost every Saturday unless we're busy or have little to say on that day's topic, but most of their discussions are really thought provoking! Going to try for #comictalk soon!

It's fun! I try to take part in the Sunday one since the one on Saturday doesn't really mesh with my time hahhahaha. Meeting with other creators is always right up my alley lmao

I follow #webcomicchat! I'd like to follow #comictalk, but it's miserably out of my timezone. The chats in general are usually hard for me to pick up on due to timezone reasons.

@jacintawibowo I used to feel the same way about these Twitter-hashtags until #ComicTalk - it's the only one that really fits comfortably into my timezone. #webcomicchat usually makes me stay up rather late on Sunday evenings to finish up.

We have it the other way around! XD I'm glad they have different talks for different timezones. #Comictalk was for the European audience I think? I get a little envious of the European time #webcomicchat, they've been having better topics than the one I manage to catch >__>

For anyone hanging around right now, #comictalk is about to start in ~10 minutes!

3 months later

This looks interesting. xD I'd love to try participating in one of these at least once.

I have no semblance of routine in my life whatsoever (sob) so whether or not I'm there to follow Twitter comic talks depends on whether I'm free, at the laptop, if someone has reminded me, and no one is disturbing me. frowning

This Sunday is going to be a big comic chat event on Twitter.

Definitely recommend trying to make this #ComicBookHour if you can.
