Holy crap thanks friend! The wings took me several days to make. I designed my own pattern, and I had to stiffen most of the felt by hand, so I had 'feathers' drying all over the apartment (It was better to cut the feathers out FIRST then stiffen them.) Then I ironed them all individually, and assembled it all using a weird combo of wire and PVC pipe (although we discovered later that the wire served no purpose, and the wings were too big to be held aloft on wire alone.)

I never end up with very good pictures of my cosplay XD but I'll share this one that my sister and I did of the two Lemongrabs.It was just wonderful how charmed everyone was by the costumes even though I was unsure about how they turned out when we first went out.

Sailor Moon is the beeeeeest! I've always adored Uranus and Neptune <3 <3 <3 And yeah, Margot's REALLY good at making costumes : O I'd been wanting to cosplay Sailor Moon since I was little, but they're strangely hard costumes to make, for how simple they look. Everything has to be just so-so so it to sit right on an actual human body. And I'd wish you'd been there for pictures too! We actually don't have any others except for those ones ;_; Our camera broke that con. And now our hair is all grown-out, so we'd need to get wigs or something to keep it going. We're talking about wearing them again this fall for Yaoi-Con, because we think it'd be funny for Neptune and Uranus to be passing out flyers for their bishuonen webcomic, haha.
