If you don't have a person that you would say is the number one artist, then just name a artist you like but just say that you don't necessarily think that they are number one as a artist

There's no such person and never will be since art is subjective
(and even if that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be sakimichan, since these days she just has nice rendering which she uses to hide some anatomical atrocities she commits for her horny patrons 'xD)

I guess different strokes for different folks but I personally don't like Sakimichan style. And I get that is sort of what AI has currently been trying to emulate, which doesn't help.

I guess I prefer something like C. Bedford which looks more painterly and has softer colors and a lot of the subject matter is surreal.

But I guess when it comes to who I think impressed me the most is Nivanh Chanthara

I don't think there is a "greatest artist on the worldwide web" nor Sakimi would be the answer, that depends on personal interests that may vary from one person to another.
