Newest character would be Sierra, a villain being introduced today in my comic Greengarten.

She recently got a redesign because she just didn't look evil enough in this old design.

I usually draw their faces mulitple times till I'm satisfied, since their faces are where their design really happens in my art style.

This guy, Leo, has actually been redesigned about 11 times since he was created in 2005. ...Probably more than that actually, he's my go to guy to play with new art styles with, so he looks different a lot. This is my favorite out of all of his designs though.

This is Tory, from my webcomic Long Shot . I was having a lot of difficulties with his face, since he's supposed to look similar to another character, but different enough. As I kept drawing, I scrapped that idea, and just drew him however I felt. xD The third face is the best one, and now his design.

Those are my most recent character designs...that I'm willing to share. My process is very messy and not pretty to see. Haha.

My latest character thats been revealed is Seth:

He's gone through many manyyy changes through the years of designing him. So many different outfits, slightly different hair styles and eye colours ... but I finally have him down and he was just revealed in my webcomic Those of Fate on Tuesday this week!
It takes me a while to get characters down to a place I'm happy with them. I love designing characters and I find it tons of fun.
My newest designed character - which I dont have images handy (I'm at my day job right now lol) actually came together a lot faster than I'm used to. I always sketch several outfits, bodies and hair styles for a character before I decide on an outfit... then I do a colour round with usually 2 or 3 different picks before finalizing.

My newest character just appeared in my newest page of my comic Legends of Kayal, he's a villain called Captain Darag "Gold tooth". He is the rival of the main characters father.

He's the captain of the dreaded Iron Pirates who are well known as the most brutal, fierce and powerful pirates there are.
Captain Darag himself is a terrifying individual, he's cold, violent, ruthless and cruel. As a Tigerfish fishman and with his monstrous physique he towers over most humans and few can match his raw strength in combat.

This is the first villain character in my comic so far and I've had a blast designing him.

Concerning her design and purpose in the comic:

Almost all of my characters come out of nowhere, intended to be OCs that somehow work themselves nicely in to my comic and I usually go with the first design my artist comes up with unless I come up with something substantially better. I like the use of blue, cooler colors to contradict the reds of my main character Amy.
