Jericho stumbled to his feet as the ball went haywire, grabbing hold of something protruding out from the wall before he could fall over. He gently grabbed Shepherd by the arm before scanning what he could see of the ship for Yael and Joni.

Before long, the wavering anomaly had grown from a mere speck in the distance to a bright, buzzing, and rippling sea of light that enveloped the ship. It felt like they had flown into the sun. Everything was too bright, too loud, and shaking too violently to make out anything that may have been happening outside of the apparent end of days.
But after a minute, it all went silent. And when the light finally cleared up, the group would be able to see that they weren't in space anymore. They were still flying, albeit lower to the ground than was perhaps comfortable for a few party members, but the void full of stars that they had just been sailing through a moment ago had been replaced by a vast brownish-green field dotted with trees.
