Who's gonna be your starter Pokemon?

Well, today is the day. It's POKEMON DAY. Or at least tonight is. I know I'm gonna be downloading it the minute it's available tonight and I'm sure plenty of other people are going to midnight releases or getting it tomorrow or some other time soon.

So here's the obvious question:
Who's your starter Pokemon gonna be?

I was going with Primarina for the longest time, but my love for this little guy's evolved form...

filled the water pokemon slot on my team so I'm now officially team Decidueye!

So what team are you now that it's finally time to decide?

Also, please refrain from posting spoilers and unannounced Pokemon. I'm aware they've all technically "announced" now, but some people are really trying to avoid seeing as much as they can before they actually play the game.

Urg so tough. Litten betrayed me and I'm iffy about Primarina, but my fiance's already claimed Decidueye so I may just say screw it and treat Rockruff as my starter.

So far my planned end-game team's gonna be a collection of my faves (as usual): Absol, Chandelure, Lilligant, Alolan Ninetails, Leafeon, and Furret. I've got most of them bred and ready to go =D

I honestly didn't know what I wanted, and wound up just using a randomizer to pick. I'm actually getting both sun and moon, one of which I'll be playing normally, and the other I'll be doing a nuzlocke. Rowlett and Litten were the two the randomizer picked, and I decided to have rowlett for my casual starter and litten as my nuzlocke starter. I'm honestly not SUPER jazzed about any of the starters, but I AM jazzed about their final evo type combos.

Unfortunately I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to play and won't get to do midnight release stuff because I preordered with target instead of gamestop... But hey that does mean I have all night to try and get as much work done as I can so I don't have as much to worry about tomorrow, HAHA

I won't be getting the game anytime soon probably, I still haven't gotten any of the revamped Ruby/Sapphire games either. But when I do get it, I'll probably go for Rowlet. I was hyped about Litten all the way until its final evolution was released... Why did they have to go the wrestler route... Okay wrestling is more popular in Japan than here, but still. WHY.
Decidueye is cool, I like the Robin Hood theme a lot, but the abs-feathers kind of weird me out haha.

I really hope that the game is harder than X/Y, that game was ridiculously easy. I could breeze through everything without even caring about types... O.o Anyone know if ORAS is harder?

Though I love Poppilo, Decidueye is so awesome so I have to go with Rowlet! I also love Rowlet, since, I love owls! I'm glad we got another owl Pokemon this gen. I'm still hoping some day we get a snowy owl Pokemon!
