ARE YOU MY LONG LOST TWIN?!?!
I started reading at a very early age and I was drawing before I knew how to read. If I didn't have a book I was reading then I was drawing, if I wasn't drawing then I was writing a story, if I wasn't writing a story then I was off in the woods pretending the trees around me were giants and the creeks on my farm were silver dragons. At events/gatherings I always went off into the nearest woods and would come home muddy and scratched up with all of my adventures with my trust dog by my side. Eventually and i sorta gradually went into it, I became addicted to storytelling and depicting it with art.
I had several friends in the past who I collaborated with, some with comics and a couple with writing a book. If we couldn't write that day then we would just lay in the fields and make up random stories on the spot about fairy princes, faraway lands, and magic. It got to the point it was very normal to see me with a book, or a notebook, or a sketchbook at every second of the day, even now I'm coming up with I would presume more ideas than I had as a kid.
TL;DR: Making comics is more than a passion, it's a natural part of my life like breathing. It's my escape, my job, my soul mate.
