Why is my new cover not showing up?

I don't know why my new cover isn't showing up on the forums when I share the link to my comic. This isn't the first time I've switched my cover and this didn't happen last time. I even went in and changed all of the old thumbnails to the new cover and it's still showing the old one on the link image. What can do????? It's correct when you click the link at least. Is the site just glitching on me?

The link always shows your series’ mini icon. The little square one.

Mini icon? I don't even see an option for that when editing the series. If you're talking about the thumbnail I've already changed all of those to the new image including the ones for the individual chapters and the overall series. I don't even have the beach image attached to the series anywhere I can find....
