We all know about and are sick of all the promotion threads that are just an endless stream of links and sub4sub offers, with nothing but the link’s thumbnail giving any idea what the story is about and what the appeal behind it is. So, before posting any link, explain why it might be someone’s new favorite story. I’ll go first!
Abysskeeper Suen is the answer to a simple question: Why aren’t there any lovecraft inspired sea monster magical girls? All the classic tropes, transformation sequences, low stakes, and powers of friendship are grotesquely wrapped in the aesthetics of a whale fall that is still watching you in this comic.

now you guys go!

  • The story has sky pirates and airships.
  • There are elemental magical stones which turn into creatures.
  • It is set in a "non traditional cosmology" with no planets, moons, stars, sun, or other cosmological objects.
  • The world has a wiki.

Also, the world map looks like this.

  • My story uses snowmen to explore themes of religious fanaticism. It also deconstructs the very concept of a living snow sculpture.
  • The setting is absolutely huge - there’s a lot of lore to read.
  • There’s an audio adaptation in case they find reading it too hard.
  • Despite it’s manga-esque art style, it is influenced by older Western literature, including William Shakespeare.

(My story is a unique comic about the exploration of not only the person out of their time concept but also a unique take on what the future will look like. It does all this while having a load of humor as well as a tone of heart.)

Good one!

I'm a little shy saying 'people should read my story' so this is also a good exercise for me ^-^

  • Its a passion project several years in the making
  • The reader reactions are 10/10 incredible
  • lots of queer rep, neurodivergent reps, without defining or labeling them
  • It's my precious :3
  • the characters literally motivated me to learn to draw
  • cozy, romance, comfort, until things go south

Read my story if you want:

  • Subverting gender roles
  • A good laugh
  • To see a good friendship
  • Something relatable
  • Good representation of minorities
  • A wholesome male crossdresser who isn't portrayed negatively.

This is nice for a change

I'll do something I don't do often, brag a lot about my story. Here are my reasons for why people should reat it:

  1. It's pretty darn good
  2. It gets objectively better each subsequent chapter! (With less grammatical errors, better art, composition and writing)
  3. Unique arstyle.
  4. Charming characters
  5. Urban-fantasy, that evolves in a superhero story, with elements of mystery
  6. A conspiracy that reveals the corruption of the city the protagonists live in
  7. A magic system that connects to the main themes of the story
  8. Fights of strategy, use of the environment and creativity
  9. And it's set in Argentina, if you care about that.

Why you should read Married to the Duke of the Abyss:

The concept behind the story is me playing around with the cliche of marrying a tyrant with a secret heart of gold. Genre convention tells us that the protagonist will eventually fall in love with said tyrant but there are few problems. Corrine, the protagonist, is a closeted lesbian, and her husband the Duke, while not the worst, is not making any effort to make her situation any better.

It has a lot of women in military uniform(if you’re into that)

While the universe has a lot of lore, I do my best not to overwhelm the reader with it. I want to do ”show don’t tell”. I put a lot of thought into what appears in each panel, so the audience can understand part of the world building through my illustration.

If you want to see what good 3d backgrounds look like, you can read my story. Instead of purchasing asset online, I made them myself, specifically to fit in my vision for the fictional world, but also to seamlessly integrate them with my drawing style.

For my comic;
It's a high fantasy drama and adventure. There's (going to be) both an A and B plot to follow, intertwining at points and having the reader have revelations about the story before it hits the second group. Though the plot is pretty serious it is a character story first and foremost. The characters are all very lively and unique to each other. This story is a stress test for these characters, but how exactly will they deal with it? How will their world views change? How will they change? How are they all truly connected? Well, you'll have to follow to find out.

As for my collection of short stories; it's exactly that. A collection of short stories. If you don't like one, another might be more to your liking. It's just a platter of different types of horror and gothic for anyone who likes the taste of morbidity. Rancid experiences that will make you think and feel-- at least I hope.

Well, for one thing, I pride myself in having zero grammatical errors. I won't brag about my magic system or world building, because those are pointless without a good plot. But let's be honest: Who doesn't want to read about a totally inked up mage with more spirit companions than you can count?

Mancer is an eighth circle mage with nothing left to live for. That is, until he makes a contract with a time spirit and regresses back to before Edwin's total omnicide. Now at the peak of his powers, can the six year old archmage defeat the invading demons and save his family from certain death? Does he care enough to save the whole continent? Maybe. Maybe not. Read and find out!

Oblivion is a character-driven story where dialogue flows naturally, and relationships develop authentically without feeling forced. Mystery lurks around every corner, and the character interactions are so engaging that you might momentarily forget about the supernatural forces and extraterrestrial beings woven into the plot. In a world filled with superpowered individuals, the characters’ struggles for identity, happiness, and confronting their trauma make them deeply relatable. It’s a story about every inherent being's desire to bask in the ecstasy of existence, where all the worries of the world fade away, leaving behind only one emotion: Euphoria.
