Heya! Since I am a broke fellow, I've decided to draw my own initial cover for my novel. Now, I finished most of the work, but I'm unsure in which direction to go next. I feel like I could go in one of three ways.
Option 1 - Use the following, and add something to hang on the wall, so that there wouldn't be a blank space there next to the title. Not sure what I'll add, or if it will perhaps make the cover feel a bit too crowded?
Option 2 - Use the presented before cover, but leave the space as is.
Option 3 - Use the following instead, where the title is more spread out on the wall -
I'd very much appreciate opinions about the options, or perhaps ideas to improve on this overall!
I know there aren't any characters presented, but I'm drawing with a mouse and also don't have practice with drawing characters >.>
(This is also the first proper piece of art I've drawn, so I don't mind if you point out any mistakes or give suggestions on how to improve the art skills too. Only drew some stuff individually before.)
(Also, if art forum means solely comics, then I'll move this thread to the Questions. Just felt like putting it here might be more appropriate considering it is cover art.)
