I prefer a dark form. Since one of my stories has to deal with mythical creatures already feeling like monsters compared to humans, a dark form for my main character kinda increases the tension with that.

When in doubt enter a berserking rage state. Whole nine yards with the eyeballs sucking in and feet twisting backwards Cú Chulainn style. So I guess dark mode?

I would without a doubt have a dark form, it honestly seems so much more interesting to have a dark form than a super form. Many of the characters that intrigue me more are the darker kind so that may be a reason for my favoritisim.
