Would you have a super form or a dark form? [POLL]

I brought this question up with my friends and I was wondering how everyone else would think over this matter. IF you had either a super form or a dark form, which one would you have and why?

Examples of superforms are light forms, super saiyan, hero transformations etc and the like

Dark forms could be things like demon forms/monster forms or manifestations of hatred/darkness

I personally think I would have a dark form. It does fit with my character and the way I deal with emotions/situations.
That, and I don't see myself having a super form to be honest . I always only imagined dark modes.

I am always that crazy person who wants to play a hero or a jedi etc, no matter how many traps are laid saying how they are actually the bad, secretly corrupted guys, lol. So, I always chose to be a hero who swears to do good.

How about a super dark form lol? Haha, just kidding. I like drawing spooky art and I actually used to draw myself as a teen in what I called my "War of the Worlds" outfit. So, dark form because well... in the words of Plankton: 'Being evil is just too much fun!"

Super form. But it only activates when I play guitar. It makes flames shoot out when I solo, and causes the earth to tremble when I riff.

Not to be edgy on main, but I think I’d have a dark form. I feel like I’d be more interesting as someone who struggles to control a dark side of themself than a Magical Person TM.

Super form. I sometimes imagine myself having a super form; plus, a monster transformation can be apart of the super form ^__^

Though tbh, both forms are super when you think about it ; you get tons of abilities.

as an unfortunate sonic fan my brain is just like

manifestations based on emotions just make sense but to only get to pick one...

i guess if i had to choose i suppose a good ol super form especially since a common trope with dark forms, in media at least, is that they can be harder to control or more -vague gesture- bad? honestly tho so long as super = a chance to fly thats enough to hook me

technically there was that frenzy mode or whatever it was called in the game but to slap a super form (or anything similar) might've been idk odd? Plus i feel like it's take away from the "you're taking away what makes sonic himself" element of the werehog and no chaos emeralds

this may make me sound like an ass but I'd be a dark form? bc a, it sounds way hotter, and b I'd be getting my pent up anger out, and I have a lot of that lol.

I'm so chill that I'm basically dead inside so I doubt I could ever muster enough anger to have a dark form, even though they're way cooler

Nah, just make Sonic's arms even stretchier and make him pull that last piece of the world in or whatever, it'll be fine. That was near the end of Sonic's awkward phase as a franchise~

Honestly I think my favorite concept for the werehog but "super" was this concept where he resembles the dark gia creatures more but still mixed in with the regular werehog features (thoam by superemeralds kind of has this specifically in issue 3)

the goofy arm physics could be included (i guess) but not too drastically exaggerated. and i'm almost curious to ask why you'd consider that the awkward phase of sonic but it's already off topic enough

Anyways, I said it was near the end of the awkward phase of the video game franchise, right? This was before Colors and Generations where they did everything mostly right and won the fans and critics over again like for sure. Much as I like the character, the games were uh.. quirky and not like other Sonic games starting from the Shadow the Hedgehog spinoff.. (which I still like in concept, it just needs work gameplay-wise. I remember falling off so many edges without wanting to lmao) ..up until Unleashed, where it still had half the game as a God of War knockoff with levels that lasted nearly an hour each to beat with that godforsaken J A Z Z that played from the beginning each time you encountered an new wave of enemies, I'm convinced it's gonna start playing at the end of 2020 and it will be heard worldwide when the ball drops so we go into overtime for this awful year-
