I'm an aspiring writer with a couple different story ideas I've had bouncing around in my brain for a while now. I wanted to try and create them on Tapastic, but I have very little artistic skill, so I wanted to bring someone on for the art. Obviously, it's going to be paid, since why would someone not pay their artist? I don't have a particular payment amount in mind, but I do wish to discuss it. I would hope to eventually start a patreon for the series, and help get things paid for with that, but obviously the amount that makes won't pay for the art for a while, so I'll be paying out of my own pocket.
The story revolves around a business that sells the services of heroes, enhanced by technology, to protect the citizens of their city. The heroes are a young bunch, since the augmentations to their body have to be installed at a young age for adaptability. And for the most part, their efforts are both successful and profitable. However, with all success comes duplication, and soon a myriad of copy-cat companies are founded with the same premise in mind. As time goes on, they begin to lose sight of helping others and start to compete with one another. And the rest shall be told through the story.
I created a diverse cast of various races, genders, and orientations to make a colorful group of people that people can love and enjoy hearing from. The story will focus on the weaknesses that begin to arise from their pride and how competition can quickly go from helpful to hurtful. I want to keep their abilities all grounded in science, although there is a plotline involving the appearance of some mysticism, so I think that may fit in well.

Must have a decent amount of art experience. I'm not asking for hyper-realism, though.
Must have a good means of contact, since it would be kind of bad to go off the grid when I need to shoot a page by you
