Hey just an FYI, if you want any chance of an artist agreeing to work with you, it's going to be much much easier once you have your story figured out. If you can let potential artists know what your story is about, what genre it is, how long it's going to be, things like that, they'll be able to determine if they are interested enough in that project to commit the months or years of their time to being part of it.
Just saying, "hey I'm a teenager, I want someone to draw me a free comic, I don't know what it is yet, hit me up" isn't likely to inspire or excite anyone.
Once you have a story, you should post again with your synopsis, character descriptions, genre, and projected scope of the comic, so potential artists can make an informed decision.
