Writer looking for Artist for an encyclopedia of supernatural creatures

I would love to create an encyclopedia of supernatural creatures with an artist.
I was thinking it could either be like the facts and then pictures to accompany it or maybe a comic where all the facts is being told by the main character showing their interaction with each creature.

So it will be talking about the Kappa liking cucumber and having a picture of them giving a cucumber to a kappa and so on.

I just love researching Supernatural creatures and sharing information about them and this sounded like a fun way to do it. If you would be interested in something like this please comment

Not an artist, but good luck with the project! I've got an entire section of my personal library dedicated to the occult and the supernatural, including a number of encyclopedias. None of them are illustrated though, which is a shame! I'd love to see the final work, whether it's an encyclopedia or a comic.

I think "encyclopedia of supernatural creatures" can be simply described as a "bestiary" X3

I would love to collaborate with you if you're up for it. We could start with human like monsters and work our way to other ones if you would be interested

Do you have a price point for the illustrations? How many will you need? Do you have a specific style in mind?

These are helpful questions that might get your artist interested. Good luck! Bestiaries are always so fun.

It would be a collaboration so it would be a 50/50 partnership and any money we would make would therefore be split 50/50.
I sadly can't pay for an artists atm since I don't have the funds but I would also like to collaborate because I would like to create something with someone who would be interested in Supernatural creatures just like me.

I'd have to think about it. Though I think its a really cool idea, I hope you continue to pursue, I'd have to think about it more though.
