I am a writer who is looking for an artist to work on my manga/ webtoon.
I am under a publisher called Horizon Publishing who would also like to sign the artist to the company as well. Though if you wish not to join it's okay as well, I’m just glad to work with you.
I am offering a 50% split of 60% of the profit with the artist while my publisher, who will be publishing the manga, will be getting 40 % for promotional cost. My publisher focuses the publishing on Amazon books and has had experience with publishing mangas, novels, and webtoons.

Story
Julie is a young teen growing up in a city that is struggling to survive. She wanted to become a cop and fix the city just like her mother was doing. Her mother, the police commissioner, was barely keeping things together before she was killed by a blood elf.
A strange creature that escaped from a government facility that is going around giving people shapeshifting powers. This goes beyond just turning into other people, animals, and objects.
Julie has a special necklace that is actually a living mimic with the ability to create transformations around her. As a result it grants her many abilities like fire powers, lightning powers, and many more.
The city is full of shapeshifters which means there are many enemies and allies she will make along the way. Each one arrived to be one thing, but became something else in the process. The transformations reflect this.
The story has some inspiration from the infamous video game franchise, dc comics and marvel comics.

I can write, do storyboards, we can work around your schedule, etc. This is a collaboration to create a superhero story, so we will talk about how things work
