I just spent all night reading As The Gods Will both the second and first series. I laughed, I cried, I died inside. It filled with me with an inspiration I have never felt before in my entire life and I need more. I was inspired so deeply I came up with an idea, a wonderful, marvelous idea. I don’t like web comic format, it feels dead and empty to me, but to start this off, we can do a web comic. I ultimately want it to be a manga but little steps.
Art style I am looking for is similar to Angel’s Sanctuary or Trinity Blood. Though I will commission those I like the art styles of when I can.
Budget: $50 a chapter due to only needing one artist.
I’m willing to pay when I can, the service not needing to be provided until payment given, but that will slow production down intensely. However I know that most anyone cares about is how much money they can make off something right away so I will offer up what I can spare. However I am mostly looking for someone to collaborate with.

Just like that, in a world where the world is dead, every teenager uploads his or her brain into a video game grid, where they’re actually transporting their souls into new bodies. This is a world where students prepare all their lives to attend special exchange high schools across Japan and work to be selected as certain caste roles in the school, the highest being the Emperor and Empress over the whole school with multiple kings and queens over each grade year as a separate kingdom all ruled over by the Empire.
Each school is it's own continent and each grade level is its own country and all kings answer to the emperor.
There will be death games played by prisoners of war in between the wars between the schools.
Each school goes on into a different level, College Empires, after you graduate, where you can become ruler of a new kingdom or empire or let your grade year subjects follow you by allowing them ‘Skill Up’ tokens.
This will be part fantasy/supernatural/video game/survival horror/historical
It will be hella hella hella gay, it will be marketed as BL before and well after its release and reception. But overall want people to feel it, understand it, cry with it, feel its joy, it’s sorrow, it’s happiness alongside it and not judge it based on tags.
There are coed schools and all girls schools and other all boys schools, all fighting each other in actual war to control the fate of the world, not just the game world, but the ‘Ruined’ what they call outside the game world.
The first series main character, Mumei Akira will be stripped of his identity as his original self after gaining his role and take on the task of becoming Achillies.
One of his catchphrases will be: 'To be like Achillies.... ' and 'Myrmidons, forever fighting! '
A students caste does not change unless they die, then they become A Fallen Hero.
Every student, is a hero. They will reenact the battles that originally killed the actual heroes to test if they can survive.
the main characters school will be Greek themed, every school continent has a historical theme.
