Nope.
But then I've been a professional writer most of my career so I take a different take on it. (a lot of that advertising, slogans, etc. and eventually audio drama)
I'm a pantser so all dialogue for me is natural rather than plotted. (That's what editing is for.) And, of course, because the majority of my writing career was spoken word (audio drama, plays, etc.) dialogue is my forte.
Sorry but, writing novels for me has pretty much been a total joy. Even the hard parts, and the parts where you overthink and the parts where you second guess yourself, all of it, good and bad. The late nights, tossing pages, too much coffee, too much booze, sore shoulders, coaxing the muse, threatening the muse... love it, love it all.
