Alrighty, I'll give it a shot. Oh damn, someone posted before I could finish, I'm gonna do it anyway!

Grey finds a rat tail in her salad. It's a little weird that Grey is inside eating something, but you know, assuming she is and let's say it's at a cafe, it's the cheapest thing on the menu and Sabot (another OC) is paying, she's going to be more or less pleased. It might go something like this.
Grey: (holds up her fork and stares at it for a second)
Sabot: I-- Is that.. what? That's a mouse tail isn't it?
Grey: Rat tail, I think.. kinda thick to be a mouse, those things are tiny.. I might not even notice a mouse tail.
Sabot: Not really my point, let's go bother the folks at the counter about this (starts to get up)
Grey: Wait, no... it's protein.. it's protein we didn't even pay for.
Sabot:...
Grey: would you.. would you like a piece?
Sabot:.... yeah, ok..

Scenario: your OC finds a stray dog

(the death card doesnt actually represent death, it just means something is about to change, the change might mean life TO death, but usually tarot cards arent that literal)

zarod would probably take it all in stride, since u never mentioned de-aging, it'd be sort of weird for a 14 year old to be in elementary school, but it may be a chance to reminisce with his grade school teacher for an afternoon

scenario: theres a cute kitten following you home for whatever reason
