I don't think I could list just five of my favorites because I have so many, but I'll try... I'll be leaving out a ton of books though... (Edit: oops I didn't realize it was "starting from 2020" at the time I posted this)

by @laurendeland Hilarious and sweet; I only started reading on Christmas and it's already one of my favorites.

by @snailienz Absolutely gorgeous artwork and one of my most anticipated stories for when it starts getting deeper in in 2021.

by @Gramkrackerhan Some really beautiful and funny autobiographical tales told in the webtoon format.

by @darthmongoose This is like my favorite anime already and it's still really early into the story, just like Virtual Pet Planet. Really can't wait for this to continue next year.

by @Ramonkey A bit underlooked but this complete (!!!) comic is super cool and has a great art style.

Id have to say number one would be @GD_Cruz level up hero IT IS AMAZING! it feels like I'm in the golden age of marvel and superheroes again and helps cope with the horrid atrocity that was Avenger's endgame. Plus it's got some TOP NOCH monsters in it!

Number two? Easy I died and got summoned in another world by @lorddevin2 so takes that place!
Screw staying human when the main character can become an epic black lion beast man!

Number three Starboy by @Pommie I simply adore their work!

Oooh fave new series of 2020? Let me see....

Number one top spot for me has to go to.... To Knight the Faithless by @Celandinedream ! It's beautifully drawn with a lovely colour palette, the characters are great in both design and execution and it has an effortlessly likeable protagonist. Obviously the theme being queer women who are knights it was also guaranteed to have a special personal appeal!

More good stuff:

This is just a gorgeous epic Fantasy series with an incredibly professional level of polish that seems to have flown under the radar.

Great series by @colorgoat appeared in the summer and is already a lot of fun. Love the naturalistic character interactions combined with big and bold monster encounters.

It's a solid and really professionally drawn oldskool superhero comic. 'Nuff Said!

Probably my favourite new Tapas premium in a while, it's a cute GL with a well-executed body-swapping/time jumping premise and a lovely aesthetic:

1. Necrotective by @dasruedi
Amazing art, lovely humor. The worldbuilding and story are very intriguing and I can't wait to read more of it!

2. Coin Operated Clone by @vancitta
Love the atmospheres of this one. Dystopian future stories are my favorite brands of science fiction and this one is no exception. Plus, Sai is adorable <3

3. Survivors by Paula Edith
Post-apocalyptic stories are another fave of mine, and this one is no exception. It feels like a TV series and I love that the setting is not your typical big city

4. Regicide: Lilium by enigma.re
Seriously, check this one out. It's a silent comic, so everything is told by images, which are beautifully drawn and simply gorgeous to look at

5. Necroholic by Brian Lee
I love the style of this! And the premise of the comic is just great XD I'm... not quite sure if the story is on hiatus or not, though, 'cos the last update was in November, but it totally deserves a mention

Number 1, A comic by my friend OliveOly called Ups and Downs, it's about an angel who's not so great at being an angel who comes to Earth... and may or may not fall in love with this roommate. XD

Number 2, Unfamiliar by Haley Mewstone aka LavenderTowne, the first comic I read on this site

Number 3, Empty Land by Killian Rain, amazing world building and interesting characters

Number 4 Undefiled Wings by SpigaRose, a cute story with some awesome character designs

Number 5 Epilogue of the Brave, once again amazing world building and cool lore
