It doesn't relate to the heights listed in the first image by OP (honestly, I just find that image confusing, it's not like it works this way for real life either), but my characters (all humanoids) tend to be 5-6.5 heads tall, depending on their heights.
5 heads in my style would be around 130-135 cm, I guess? And 6.5 would be 185 cm or so.
When I've learned realistic proportions, for a while I was trying to apply them in my art, but over time I've come to prefer drawing more stylized head-to-body ratios. Making the head bigger allows for more stylized face features and makes it more expressive, I guess?
