That one heart-wrenching scene in the middle of Pixar's UP. The impact of it is more effective if you have actually seen the movie and know the story, of course.

I don't normally cry during movies, but I kid you not, I was SO GLAD I was alone when I watched this 'cause I quite literally cried. A lot. ...lmao. I know most people who have seen this movie normally would say that the most emotional part is the first ten minutes of the entire film...but the scene below really ripped my heart into pieces the first time I saw it. Plus, that music.

Oh boy. Up. Such an emotional movie lol It made my mom cry and she usually doesn't cry for anything!! I also really felt emotional when Carl leaves the chairs behind. 유^유

That Revelation when i know the truth of what really happen,i thought that im doing a heroic deed,killing Ryan.
Instead it was all a setup,im just being played like a puppet all this time by the guy i think was the good guy

My favorite scene in the comic is in Junji Ito's "Glyceride".... the scene where the brother uses his pimples attack.

I like it because it's so out of nowhere and ridiculously funny. It's also the grossest, most creative use of pimple ever.

Basically most of Pixar's movies have one scene taht I will really like.
But, because Pixar was already put on the list, I will choose one scene from Spirited away. It's my personnal favourite Ghibli movie, and I really, really like the scene of the train. It's calm, peaceful, but at the same time, it's really weird. It looks like a real dream.

I used to hate Great Gatsby when I was younger because it was one of those things they forced you to read in school. Now that I'm an adult and I read it on my own time, I loved it. Nick's narration influenced my comic as a whole, but there's one particular scene that always caught me.

At one point, Nick is describing the general life of West Egg and what people do/what he's been doing lately. He mentions that he hasn't been with any girls since he moved, but quickly mentions that he has dated girls before. It is a small, completely irrelevant point to make, but just that single line gave him a lot of character. It's such a childish, insecure, juvenile thing to say. He's basically saying "I haven't been lucky with the ladies, b-b-b-but I've dated girls before, so I'm not a loser!" It's almost like he's trying to reaffirm his status to the reader that he's good enough to live in West Egg, through this small detail. That part is the most memorable part to me in the entire book.

Dude, that makes my insides squirm XD It reminds me of an Invader Zim episode when Zim grows a pimple, names it Pustulio, and hypnotizes everyone with it loll Gir goes swimming in it if I remember correctly loll ewwww XDD

@winglesscomic Of course books count! :3 Maybe I should try reading Great Gatsby again. I was also forced to read it twice for school, once in high school and then in college...but perhaps I should give it another go.

Michelle Pfeiffer was perfect. When I think of Catwoman, I can't help but think of her half the time.

Yeah, outside of the cartoon, Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman is THE definitive Catwoman for me. The Halle Berry movie does not exist, and Anne Hathaway never played Selina in my mind.

The ending of the 12th episode of Doctor Who season one. Back in 2005, everyone was talking about how great Doctor Who's comeback was! We had the one episode 'Dalek' showing us how indestructible one dalek was, and then this episode hits you with half a million... and they slide on screen with their speech lights blazing so bright, it's really intimidating. Everyone was talking about it, asking how on earth was the Doctor going to beat that many daleks?? I just have loads of really good memories of 2005 Doctor Who.

People that like horror or weird stuff in their stories should definitely check his works,
seriously,Check out Uzumaki,Gyo or Tomoe,among others..but i prefer his short stories better,
More Gross,Squirm or just plain out weird moments in those!

Agreed, Gyo is pretty much the shit, highly recommend for any horror fan. Anyone else who needs horror/guro recommendations, Waita Uziga and some others would like to meet you ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

@ArtistHan You really should. Being forced to do things sucks the fun out of stuff. Once I read it on my own I enjoyed the presentation and hedonistic atmosphere that Fitzgerald sculpted and caught a lot of subtle things that made the book better, like the one I listed. It's a great book!
