I am pretty sure the amount of effort one has to put in for a comic is way more than a novel but I update my Novel Youria The Third twice a week and I am drowning. So I think if you are a full time employee Once a week should work just fine for a comic.

I started my Novel yesterday and posted the first chapter in two segments. Do you guys think I should have started with smaller portions or it is just fine to give readers something that they can create a picture with even if it is a bit longer? Youria the Third FaFa2020
I just started posting my novel yesterday and every minute or so, I check to see if I have any Comments/Likes. It is so stressful but I sort of like it because it keeps me motivated to write better.
