Hey, my name is Andrew Hurst or you can call me Drew if you want (my friends call me Drew). I'm a man of few words so I'll try to get as much out of me as I can, I'm originally from Mississippi, what part? The Delta, if you ever heard of it...you did? Cool! If not, that's cool also. I'm currently living in Atlanta, GA checking out the sites. Anyways, that's all I can think of to say about myself, so read and enjoy the comic!

Have you not seen the price of cable?
Who do you know that ever died by an allergic reaction to a cookie?
I use Adobe Illustrator for the line work in my comics. The program have a tool called the Blob Brush, it's right under the Paint Brush in Illustrator. It's a great tool to play around with and get use to.
Yeah, I think that how it would work. If you were to have 2 original series each series will generate each own ad revenue and just drop the daily earning all together at the end of the day in the same account. It's like if you were using Google Adsense, you will just make one account, but you're …
What Cow Licks Toes, Otis? GREAT
So many great villains so far, for me, I'll have to say The Lich from Adventure Time. He's just so dark and OP and I normally don't like characters that are overpowered, but for him, I will make an exception.
Maybe your friends hit the subscribe button a second time by mistake without noticing. I looked at both their profiles in their reading list and neither of them are subscribed to your comic.
Croc & Gator is a humorous gag a day comic that mainly feature a fun-loving crocodile and a pretty decent alligator. If you're looking for a quick giggle or something to pass the time, this is the comic for you!
Hey, Drew here, creator of Croc & Gator. My favorite aspect of my comic? I would say my sense of humor and the cute look of the characters in the comic.
Draw it, post it and see who follows. That's really the only way you'll know. Sounds like a pretty good idea, if this is something you want to do I say go for it. If the story and art are up to point, people will read it. There will be people who will like it and people who don't, the only thing t…
When I'm writing for my comic, I begin by thinking of different subjects or topics I can build off from. Sometime I will be asleep in bed and thinking of ideas. I also try to read a lot of different material. The more you read, the more you know.
The Veterinarian Losts Cat's Sperm K H U F F
Congrats on the milestone, hope to get there myself one day so I can know the feeling!

*Generating ideas. * Coming up with something witty or humorous can be hard for me. I can think of an idea that I think is good, but an hour later that idea doesn't seem so great. Sometime I would draw an idea to finish and then I realize that the idea is bad, after I upload it on a site.
Thanks for the sub, hope you enjoy the series and 774 don't seem that much. lol
Oh, sorry, I meant 5k views. Lol 5k followers in under 2 weeks would be insane. Here's a link, the name of my series is Croc & Gator.
So what is the topic?
Nice to meet you too Emily. Love your dinosaurs by the way.
I'm a resident assistant at my school, not very fond of the job, but I get a decent check. I also used to work at a tee shirt shop about 2 years ago, making artwork for shirts, I kinda liked that job.
Not to brag or anything, I just reached 5k in under 2 weeks. I think it's all about promoting yourself and your work, producing great content, and constant updating. I also think it's about luck too, you just have to be there at the right time and place.
It just needs time to grow or get noticed. It's good to have it over there just in case one day it just decides to blow up with a thousand subs. lol
I think it's great that Tapasitc have a subreddit now. Reddit does have its downside, but the exposure is great there.
Yeah, all very good tips. I believe the artwork attract readers and the writing, keep them around. If the readers truly love your work, they will share it with others, but it all takes time.
http://tapastic.com/series/Pickle-Soup Hey, I have been on Tapastic for about a year and I decided to relaunch an old comic I dropped a while ago. Please go check it out!
For my work, I start with a simple pencil sketch and ink over it when I'm happy with the layout of the comic. Then, I just scan, make any changes that I need, color it, and maybe add a texture all in Photoshop. Pretty simple for me.
