Do You Follow Webtoon's Panel Spacing Guidelines?

I base my spacing on the pacing of the scene, not necessarily these guidelines. Usually I have 1 panel on screen at a time for normal pacing I guess. But if the panel is smaller, the dialogue flows through to the next panel or it's a fast paced scene, I have less spacing. If it's supposed to be sl…
