Hi! Have sent you a pm. Waiting for your reply
May I ask? What type of genre are you comfortable with? And what specifically are you looking for?? Are you looking for short term projects or you willing to accept long term projects as well? And are you only applying for flat coloring because as I can decipher from your id, you are also pretty goo…
I'm willing to do it for free if you have a synopsis and an idea for the cover, heres an example of one of my covers! [image]

Hi guys, I'm creating a webtoon team for a romance story. It's about a Villainess who has her plans to break off her engagement to the Crown Prince. This is an adaptation of a really short webnovel into a webtoon: the actual webtoon may be around 20 chapters only (so it's good practice if yo…
Samples of the covers I've done with varying levels of input from the clients. Range from $80 to $150 (more characters and detail = more money) [image] Clients can use these freely on Tapas and other hosting sites like Wattpad. But if you want to sell copies of your book with the cover, you will…
We had an amazing sunrise here this morning (bright orange!) so I drew this. I totally drew one wing and copy/pasted it. Haha. Shhhhh.

Everything the light touches
This one is for my comic. I'm trying to make panels that have a lot of talking larger and a bit more interesting to look at (I'll eventually paint in a pretty background). So far it's taken me about an hour. I sketch out the figures as shapes (drawing a spine line first) then I'll turn the opacity…
Hey! I checked your link and really like your art! I have recently made a post about paid one-time commissions and I would really appreciate if you considered responding to it! This would mean that sometime in the future I would send you a request for a commission, and you'd be properly paid while a…
you are good. it´s your choice but i think you shouldn´t offer your work for free
You make pretty nice work. No need to offer your work for free.
hi there. i have a couple of ideas that i can share with you if you are interested in working with me. i've sent you a friend request on discord and i hope you can reply so we can discuss this further

Well hello Tapas, I am Mr. McClaskey. I am working with an artist on a Webcomic. And it's going great... BUT it's taking a long time so we have decided to look for a colorist to speed things up. This is a collaboration so you will get paid a percentage of how much money we make off of the ads... so …
Yeah like others said, you can reference Sketchup for certain things, but it can get a little complicated if you don't fully understand the limitations of the service. I like building my own background models in TinkerCAD. It's a free browser-based 3D modeling software that's aimed at kids, so it'…
Hi everyone! We’re a writer and artist team and we’ve recently started our first Webtoon. Although we’re having a lot of fun and are learning a lot, we don’t have as much time on our hands as we thought. Which is why we’d love to get an extra artist on our team! We’re especially looking for someon…
If you have three artists and a flatter, the breakdown should be something like... 1 artist on pencils 1 artist on inks Flatter does flat color placement 1 artist finalizes color rendering Then your letterer does the dialogue and sound effects You could also do... 1 artist pencils and inks cha…
I don't know of it's helpful but you might have easier time to look if you are specifying some details in the post such as: The story overview (the title, genre, theme, and such) The style or aesthetic you expect (manga style, pastel aesthetic, and such) If you're going to compensate (with money …
A bit of advice - just throwing "I am a writer" won't make artists wanna work with you. Please, refer to the collaboration rules.
So most of us are aware of writers popping up in the collaboration forum to look for artists for their projects and most of the time its unpaid. Most of them promise a split revenue IF any is made but its gonna take a really long time before comics can make that much sadly. I remember looking at …
So I have 3 images here where I redlined your work with a different point in each. [image] First one is me trying to determine where your horizon line is and therefore where your two vanishing points lie as others point out, because the perspective is very skewed. So this is why, they're not re…

An artist here! Not sure how to dm in tapas so comments section it is. I'm actually currently working on my own story and turning it into a comic but I'd love to hear about your story nevertheless. I would feel guilty to work on a story where I can't give it as much love as the other person does so …
oh, take your time. deadline could be at the beggining of May. I'm not sure if i can finish the chapter by that time.
Time? hm.. no its just one pic for this chapter . This pic will appear in this chapter only. I'll add your names and link to your webcomics too. So if you send me a pic send me the link to your webcomic and twitter or insta, etc.
Oh sorry! I'll edit it right now! It is unpaid and want the movie poster look! Thank you for pointing it out!

Well i don't think that's how assistant-ship works... the story idea is still the author's. To devide the money evenly is more like in the case of a group of authors who come up with the idea together like Clamp or smth. In case of an assistant it's more like based on the raw effort put in each page…
Hello, my name is J.oori. I'm searching for an artist who is willing to draw Dishonest Honesty and continue with my story: https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/dishonest-honesty/list?title_no=100581 . I'm looking for a chill artist who likes to draw as a hobby or seriously to gain experience…
Yea I at least want to see how you do for cover art later. My other art for it, where my concern would be, is how the color would fit the line art. A lot of the shading is finished by charcoal. Though I may end up redrawing the comic anyway.
