I think people hear the advice to "network" by interacting with other creators and turn it into these spam campaigns. It's not networking its just CTRL-V

Not a bot since I guess they're promoting their own comic. (Not like tumblr where all the bots are promoting some obscure anime mmo)
This isn't the first time I've seen people do this, but it's such a lazy and cheap way to promote your comic. How would you like it if someone gave you feedback only to find they'd copied the same message to dozens of other creators? [image]

Do you think it's worth advertising my comic via facebook? I get the option to 'boost posts' every time I update, I'm wondering if it's a good idea to run an ad since I can target people who like various things that relate to the comic and all that jazz. Has anyone had any luck with it?
