Honestly, it is tough to create a hook for your type of novel. However, I can think of one way that might work if done right. Foreshadowing. Leaving subtle hints of things that might happen in the future. Not so subtle the reader doesnt notice it, but not glaringly obvious either. It can make a reader curious and want to know what happens.
(Keep in mind I only read the 1st chapter so I dont know if this really happens) For instance, you could have your MC accidently glance at a females chest a little too long, then you have an inner monologue where he briefly wonders what came over him.
This foreshadows 2 things, he will eventually develop feelings and a potential romance with the girl he stared at. A reader who likes romance and intense human emotion would find that possibility exciting. They would look forward to seeing how your MC deals with gaining emotions and how it impacts his "relationship" with the girl. Foreshadowing can be an immensely powerful hook, if used properly.
If you need inspiration checkout my novel. Foreshadowing is one of my favorite writer tools.
