With this much notice, I should be able to resolve my current projects before taking on anything new. I like that aspect. I will not commit right now because -- heavens -- I am busy. I'm pulling down about seventy hours per week right now between my two rl jobs, and they just keep getting busier. As I was typing this message, I received a text message on my phone about coming in early to pull a twelve hour shift.
Enough bellyaching, let's talk Writers Camps. I will need to pick a project instead of waiting until the last minute as I did in the two previous camps. Doing a third Alien Fiction book would be the easiest for me by far, but honestly that series is beginning to look a little pointless. I've written two Alien Fiction books, and I'm only getting about one reader per month for the set. I'm pleased with that I have done there, but to a degree it is wasted effort.
Maybe it's time for me to try non-fiction again. I will give the rules another once-over to check and see if that approach would be above the board.
