Congrats you won @fearthedeer724
You got 5 hearts and I subscribed to one of your stories. The story is very interesting and I will read all the chapters when I have time.

Thank you for the sub and likes, @h94727472! Now, let's start the next round :sunglasses:

  1. A wooden door nestled in the roots of an ancient tree is carved with shifting burrows, crowned by a silver rabbit that twitches its ears when approached. Those with the nimbleness of a true burrower may find the soil beneath soft enough to tunnel through.

  2. A massive steel door stands embedded in an ancient stone wall, its surface sculpted with the forms of snarling hounds, their eyes gleaming with an eerie inner light. When the unworthy approach, the metal dogs shift and growl, barring entry, but those who earn their loyalty will see the great door silently swing open.

  3. A blackened wooden door is cocooned in shimmering, sticky webs, pulsing around a central onyx stone like a slow heartbeat. Those who understand the patience of the weaver and offer the right tribute will see the silk unravel, revealing the path beyond.

Congrats, @NewAgeComics! You return the spiders young to the large mother spider and in return, she reveals the path forward. I'll do 5 likes and comments on the work of your choice (since I noticed you have 2)

Lol I guess I can do both then. Don't forget to start the new round though :nerd:

Ok here I go

The air hangs heavy with the scent of mildew and something else… something ancient and faintly metallic. Your quest for the Sunstone leads you not to a crumbling archway, as the map indicated, but to a series of strange doors.

Door One: Before you stands a towering structure of twisted, petrified wood. Knots and gnarls writhe like frozen serpents, and the wood itself pulses faintly with a deep green light. No handle is visible; instead, strange glyphs, resembling overgrown vines, crawl across its surface. Each pulse seems to rearrange them subtly.

Door Two: This one is a wall of shimmering, iridescent scales, each the size of a man's hand. They shift and slide silently, reflecting your torchlight in a kaleidoscope of colours. No latch, no keyhole; the surface feels strangely warm to the touch, as if alive. A low, almost imperceptible hissing emanates from within, a constant whisper against the silence.

Door Three: it is a door of polished obsidian, impossibly smooth. It's utterly devoid of handles, hinges, or even a seam. Constellations, subtly shifting and shimmering, adorn its surface, reflecting the flickering torchlight in a mesmerizing, unnerving dance. A deep hum vibrates from within, a sound that resonates deep in your bones. This isn't just a barrier; it's a riddle, a test before the true quest for the Sunstone can truly begin.

I did say to start the next round so yes! Lol it's okay though, you're new to this topic in the forums. I guess I should explain the rules for the newbies, huh?

You create three doors and whoever picks the door you chose as the winner must make the next set of doors. The prize for winning can be anything you feel up to doing, whether it be art, likes, comments, or something else! Self-promotion is frowned upon too, since the purpose of this thread is the game (aka winners get subs lol). It's simple but fun (a good kind of gambling, I guess :joy:)

Make sense, everyone?

(also, @LivvyLeopard, am I a brick wall to you? Lol)

@maisohilia456 you actually won but I don't know what to do for you since you removed your only story. Maybe we can keep in touch so when your story is ready I can read, like, comment and subscribe to it

@LivvyLeopard since you're the second person who answered and happened to pick the correct answer too. You also get a price. But I think I already subscribed to you so I'll all your chapters

No you’re not it’s just I want to make sure I don’t misunderstand anything or get the wrong idea.
