i hear great things about squarespace, and personally use and love wix. i know wix has an entirely free option with lots of different gallery styles~ and you should be able to search for squarespace codes all over youtube because they sponser many creators to give out discount codes. here's my wix page for an example! https://bilvyy.com/portfolio
the only thing about standalone websites like these is traffic. since they're not part of a larger site system like artstation, people will only visit through direct links you give them, like on your tapas page or twitter bio. if traffic is important, it'll be good to look at ways to market your site, or consider a larger community site instead
