A guide for beginners in comic writing

Hey everyone! Please guide me how to draw comics.. Which tools can help me? Are there any softwares being used for this? Because I really have no idea at all about this. But I'm interested in it.

Sure thing. I'm no professional, nor do I use a range of tools, but these have done me just fine.
Clip Studio Paint: Amazing software for art/comics, however you DO have to make a one time payment, but it goes on sale sometimes. You can also use Medibang.
Google Docs: Really, you can use any writing app and write away. I also have it installed on my phone, so if I'm on the train or something and suddenly get an amazing idea, I can write it down.
Pinterest: Not 100% needed, but useful for studying artists. I get a lot of inspiration from there and my comic's style would be 10x worse if I didn't have a constant stream of reference from artists I like. You can also study their comics for comic-only things, like how they implement flow and SFX.
It'll seem hard and you might think that you aren't prepared yet, but my advice is use your tools and go straight ahead.

Read Understanding Comics and Making Comics by Scott Mccloud. They will get you thinking about the unique language of comics.

Sorry, but it doesn't look like you can. Figma seems to be a program for UI/UX, so you'd use it to make and test out a mobile app.

I use fire alpaca for drawing my comics and for digital art in general, it's free and has a very user friendly interface.
As for writing focus writer is pretty good for if you want to mitigate distractions, but also word and Google docs do just fine.

If you have never used a drawing software, it's gonna be a bit of a learning curve. There are many free drawing softwares such as Fire Alpaca or GIMP. They're very useful tools outside of comic, so it's worth the investment. The earlier you start, the better. You'd need a tablet as well. I'd recommend Huion or Gaomon brand since they're well priced.

Once you're familiar and invested, Clip Studio Paint. It's designed for comic making. It's currently a one time payment, but it's going to be subscription model soon > so now would be a good time to buy it, or just bootleg it in the future.

Alternatively you can look into those programs that allow you to make comic books using pre-made 3D models if you want to circumvent learning how to draw,

I can recommend Autodesk Sketchbook, it´s free, very easy to use and doesn´t have an overwhelming interface.
It has all tools that you need to make comics.
I have clip and I photoshop and use them for different purposes. Clip is more advanced than Sketchbook
but also harder to learn and the interface can be confusing / distracting
