In real life there was a family with such low blood pressure that they were naturally blue. One of them got shot and because his blood pressure was SO low, the wound clotted and healed with almost no booodloss.

CIPA. It's when a person does not have the ability to feel pain or temperature. Although it has its negative effects because pain helps any living creature survive. It also has helpful effects.

For example: not being able to feel pain takes away almost any fears a person may have. It also grants a person immunity to torture. You could potentially have a mentally and physically unbreakable superhuman at the cost of not knowing how much damage you have taken until you visit a doctor.

thanks for the reply's so far now i think i am headed in the right direction. cant wait to see more suggestions!

Watch this old, old movie. 'Unbreakable' starring Bruce Willis and Samuel MFL Jackson.

At first I laughed when you said Unbreakable was an old movie but then... Oh my God...it's been twenty years since it came out. Now I feel old.
