We need to be aware that what Tapas doesn't count "reads". They count "views". I'm sure their counters can only tell that an episode file was accessed (viewed), not whether the person having clicked on it spend any time reading it. This is both bad news & good. Not all views mean you had a reader (bad) but views without feedback may not mean they didn't like it (they just didn't read enough to give feedback).
That said, your experience is like mine. I can see many episodes (like 10, 20+) were viewed in a short time, suggesting one person binging episodes. But likes or comments? Nada. Does it mean they finally decided it sucked?? Dunno, but it doesn't feel good.
