Here are some common ways to draw manga noses

1. Single lines - they closely follows the general shape of the nose

Even in frontal shots, they are sometimes slanted, as to clearly indicate that they are indeed noses.

Other times, the lines are used to indicate the shadow cast by the nose, rather than to strictly follow the nose's form itself.

Note the examples below:

2. Nostrils only

They are good for minimizing facial details and can make characters look very pretty when done right.

3. Shading of the nose.

Not as common, but can be used to make shape of nose ambiguous and accentuate cuteness.

Can in some ways also be used to express cast shadow of the nose

4. A dot

Just a dot. It works.

In the end, it is likely you will have to experiment with combining all of these to some degree.

Depending on the angle of a character's head, the approach to drawing their noses will also change.

My favorite arc in Peanuts was when Charlie Brown entered a martial arts tournament to train enough to finally be strong enough to kick the football.

That was always my favorite romance manga. XD
