Accidentally Deleting Your Comic on Webtoons

Since the delete button is so close to the edit button, I accidentally clicked on delete instead of edit and poof! my comic is gone. Its pretty much a one click thing, has anyone else had this happen? I am currently reuploading the pages of my comic and stuff, but its still pretty sad on how it can get deleted so easily. Is there a way to get the deleted comic back?

Ugh this breaks my heart every time I see one of these threads.

I still REALLY STRONGLY believe they should require you reenter your password before you can delete it. Imagine leaving your account open and your pesky sibling who is mad at you goes and deletes it? Like it really needs to be harder to delete it.

I suggest contacting them and complaining that it's way too easy. I have personally sent in my complaint, maybe if enough people email them about it they will feel the pressure to do something about it.

Oh wuut.....? Not even a confirmation, like the thing pops up like "Are you sure you want to delete this series?" "Yes" or "Cancel"? That's bs omg. Gotta be careful then.

That’s indeed creepy.
When publishing a new episode they ask you if you are sure about that. That’s weird that there is no such message for deleting your whole comic!

I think I’ll drop them an email about this too. I doubt it’ll do something, but I still think they should be notified about this. The button being so close to the edit button is already pretty thoughtless. But making it a one-click thing is dangerous for the creator (especially since subscribers don’t get notifications like ‘author X created a new comic’ (like they do on Tapas). So reuploading won’t bring back your readership and you have to start from scratch

I just deleted my two webtoons to transfer to my main account, there is a warning message before you delete your webtoon.

Yeah, I deleted an old series at some point, I think I remember something poping up as well
