Is my pacing bad?

I don't know if my comic has bad pacing but I feel like it drags out for too long in the first chapter and becomes too quick on the second? I would like some advice on how my pacing can get better. (Also, some self promotion. I would love it if you guys check my comic out!)

Questions

Does every page viewed get added to the total view count or is each unique person considered 1 view overall? Because I have 3k views and a little amount of subscribers, I update nearly daily (sometimes only a few days missed or I skip an entire week) which means I have a lot of episodes up. Anyways …
