Oh well... I don't, actually. Every day I wake up wanting to throw everything to the side, scrap it all and just forget like it's too much of a hassle.
At this point, I just force myself to write and draw. Even if it is just 30 minutes one day, but I HAVE to do something. My therapist is amazing too, she helps me a damn lot. I just want to draw and write and at least finish something for the first time in my life. I also don't have access (yet) to some medicine, so I HOPE that it gets better once I can get some.
Some other thing I like to do is just enter in a Discord call with a few friends. Everyone is working from home, so we just chill and listen to some music using some bots. It helps us all concentrate a lot more, like, THERE ARE PEOPLE LISTENING TO ME, I MUST WORK ANYWAY.
I also like to work in random places. One day I went to the local library and worked perfectly with the same feeling of "I must seem like I'm working because there are people seeing me". Coffee shops work really well too, mainly because of the vibe and smell but, of course, I'm only allowed to drink decaf
