ooh such a good topic! I am a really huge fantasy nerd so I am excited to check some of these out.

Everyone mentioning witchy is TOTALLY right, it's amazing.
I also really like The Sisters which weirdly doesn't have as many subscribers as I think it should, but it's fantastic, Sophie the Giantslayer, and Year in Hereafter.

Also this is my comic if anyone wants to check it out - it's very fantasy and a bit videogame-y and animated!

I've got two! does get a second chance, but it's not exactly what she had in mind.
Village of Eternity is about a girl named Clover, who lives in Eternity (village name). They perform a special ritual that literally freezes your time. Time stops running for you, or at least your body. They can't die unless they are killed, and since they performed the ritual, they are rejected by both heaven and hell and are forced to say on earth for eternity. Clover has the worst luck ever, despite her name. She was born when a unicorn died so everyone calls her a witch, even though she isn't one. All she wants is a second chance, to prove that it's what's inside that counts. And she gets a second chance, but it's not exactly what she had in mind.

The mc, Raika, is a homeless girl, but when she sleeps, she dreams of another world where she's worshipped as a princess. When she falls in love in her dreams, her lover tells her that if she kills herself in the 'real' world, then she can stay with him forever in the world where there are people who love her. She begins to question which world is real, and which is the actual dream. There's a bit of comedy (or at least i tried to make it like that lmao) and a lot of tragedy/psychological things (hopefully). I've only got three pages so far though

It's called "Between the Realms" and currently it's in our modern world but that's only for the 1st chapter. The rest of the series takes place in a fantasy alternate-dimension-world-thing X3

Saedie is down on her luck when a strange woman visits her and sweeps Saedie to an alternate dimension called Trea, a place where no humans exist. There, Saedie encounters near-death experiences, uncovers family secrets long buried in blood. Saedie also finds love along the way and she learns what it means to make the ultimate sacrifice.

Premise: Magicians can only use magic when commanded by a Nobleman. Noblemen's commands are inviolable; to disobey is to die. A certain Magician intends to eradicate this system by using the Noblemen's power, the Obligation, against them.

Kinda slow on the updates, unfortunately (monthly), but I'm pretty excited for the one coming up.

As for my own work, do we count Sci-fi disguised as fantasy? Lax Legends is a dystopian slice-of-life adventure about how to survive in a world littered with magic when you AREN'T the chosen one. The story follows the inhabitants of the worst apartment building in the worst city in their world as they risk their lives to keep their rent checks clearing and their lives free of heroics.

I'm writing a comic that has a fantasy theme with sci-fi and steampunk inspired elements called SPIRE!! It's about a bunch of vampires who travel across the world looking for a way to be human again! It takes place in a fantasy world teeming with different types of monsters and fairies and demons (and robots)!!! It's just starting though so you won't start seeing species other than the vampires/robots/humans until around chapter 3.

Drakon Forge

Drakon Forge is an Action / Adventure / Comedy about a group of young travelers setting off on a quest to fulfill their dreams.

The story follows Aidan Keith and his quest to find answers to what happened to his father. The sub plot is about each of the young heroes pursuing their dreams, Aidan wants to be the strongest warrior, Sylvia wants to be the best blacksmith and Felicia wants to be the most knowledgeable mage.

Hi guys! I want to tell you about my fantasy comic that I just recently started! It's called Amidst the Ruins and it's about Obscinia, which is a city where people suffer from hunger, poverty and ruthless warriors. A lot of the people thought this was because of the mishandling of the government, but she Racehel, a middle-class woman, finds out that it's actually caused by artifacts that was built centuries ago by another group of ruthless rulers.

The series is still on its first page (I posted this on November 1, its release date, so disregard this sentence if two pages have gone).

Basically we got two different cultures (humans and monsters) that don't like each other at all. However, there's a new threat growing stronger and infecting both sides. It's up to a young girl named Cathryn, her stuffed rabbit, Hop-Hop, and a vampire-boy named Van Von Fang to stop this. It's got whimsy, scares, and a few laughs. I've only gotten to the first few pages of the adventure, but feel free to check it out if you want.

Welcome Back Series is a two part comic about a dystopian totalitarian dreamworlds, spirals, magic, rainbows and psychological horror. It takes place in a dreamworld populated by people from our reality who have no memories of their previous lives. Strange things happen that mirror real world events and ultimately leads to the main characters struggling with inner turmoil inside and out of both worlds. It shows how escaping from your problems isn't as fun as you would hope.

Garden Of Mold is a short silent 30 page comic about an agoraphobic man, his plants and mold. It's very surreal, strange and bizarre with fantasy and horror elements.
