I really don’t think either of you actually read OP’s reply. If you did and still left this long reply to my comment, then, I don’t know- I guess I’ll do my best to break it down in a way everyone can understand.
OP replied with a comment saying that they know offering exposure is not really great and that a lot of people jump to attacking because of it. They then followed it up by typing out “Thanks for being one of those nice people. I appreciate it.” In reference to not attacking them and instead writing out genuine advice.
Very clearly candiedcotton did not finish reading OP’s short reply, or as I jested “can’t read.” And instead of taking the thanks, instead very rudely and indignantly attacked OP, literary because they did not read their comment correctly. Which clearly left OP not feeling great and blaming themselves, even though it is one-hundred percent candiedcotton’s fault for being unable to properly read the comment in the first place.
And then –– you also came in, not having read the comment properly as well and, not very aggressively, but never-the-less came at me for pointing this out – whilst I was just trying to have OP not feel bad that someone else didn’t properly read their comment.
Literally, all of this would have simply been avoided if anyone, at any point, chose to actually read what OP replied with.
So, in cessation, to answer your question, yes – I am going to say you don’t know how to read.
