:sparkling_heart:

Hi, I'm a black creator. My four main characters are all LGBTQ+. All the magical beings in my story are all based on different cultures around the world, not just Eurocentric ones. I only have the prologue now but I hope you enjoy it!

I'm a novelist from Asia (SEA) and a lot of my characters or cultural settings are based in Asia. :heart_03: I think it's great to have this thread and I hope more diverse voices can be heard!

Genre: Drama, Mystery, Psychological Thriller
Unravel the secrets hidden in a small town through the eyes of a singer, a policeman, and a school counselor. Suspects in the subsequent murders range from cyber stalkers to old flames! :smiling_imp:

Genre: Historical Romance, Fantasy
Follow Empress Wu Zetian's treacherous journey from the hands of enemy Tufan soldiers back to the Forbidden City where she battles foes from within her own kingdom.

Genre: Scifi, Action, Thriller
A short story collection that involves science fiction, fast-paced action scenes, and dystopic universes.

Here's my comic Forced!
around 90% of my characters are LGBTQIA+ (including the entire main cast), there's also lot of POC and disabled characters (though it will be several months til the whole extended cast is introduced), and the comic also addresses trauma and mental health.

Of my 2 main characters Dana (left) is black and pansexual and Daryl (right) is aromantic-asexual

Hey there! I hope our comic is similar to what you're looking for  Our comic is an LGBT+ romance/drama taking place in New York City. All of our characters are LGBT+ and a good majority of them are POC.
Our main character, Nikola Hyland, is a pansexual Latino man who works as a model/influencer, but is trying to find his real purpose in life. (He's a little bit of a himbo and way too optimistic for his own good, but we love him anyway )
We just came back from a hiatus and plan on updating regularly this year, so please check us out if you're interested!
Also, we're co-creators, one of us is in the US and the other is in Australia :eyes:

Hi there! I'm a female, neurodiverse creator (ADHD) from Australia, with a comic which features a diverse cast. Only one character has been introduced thus far, but a bunch more of them arrive next week.

It's a sci-fi/fantasy, so not everyone is human. But even so, it has a number of darker-skinned characters, a few LGBT characters and romances, and my main character has a number of ADHD quirks. (They don't call it that in-universe, but I want him to be relatable to people like me.)

Page Format (For now, this may change...)

Vertical Format

My story is all about Individuality and diverse characters based on race, origin, opinion, etc... And how that clashes and creates for an interesting drama in the setting of a modern fantasy world. Not to mention, the main characters have "powers" which enhance their Individuality beyond what is normal. If it's the type of story you are looking for, here's the link

Ohh!! I'm a lesbian comic creator and illustrator from New zealand!
My comics has LGBTQ+ characters (the leads being bisexual and lesbian, respectfully.)

I'm a bit late to this, but here's my novel. Most of the important characters are POC (multiracial). The female main character is demisexual, one of her friends is homosexual.
And I'm a writer from Austria :smile_cat:

I have a couple of them. At the point where my story is there is an underline of it, but not yet a huge reveal.
Sexuality orientation will be more discust on Act two whish I am working now
On the countdown of my novel you have actually the illustration of someone with disability. Also this character will only appear on Act Two

Comics/novels by creators living outside North America (I will still read things written in NA, just want to expand my horizons to creators in other countries)
I am from Portugal Europe,

I don't want to spoil my story, but yes you have that theme floating the air all the time from start to end.

Here is the novel.

An epic poem, my main novel:

When Death meets Chaos

I hope you check it out and might like it and perhaps sub

I live in Czech Republic, which is the center of Europe, so the culture in my comic is based on Czech land

My novel is full of black leads, the majority of my cast is LGBTQIA+ (especially on the Ace spectrum), and I'm from the Netherlands but I write in English anyways. And I myself am mixed Asian/black and a panromantic demi. :green_heart:

Nah, don't worry. It was already gone before that whole thing. I kinda wish the black history month creators were advertise a bit more. ButI enjoy threads like this

That's what's up! I make the webcomic MagicalMashup! and I'm all about that BIPOC as I'm black and I also love me some body positivity. The lead of my comic is a fat black gal.
